Property Maintenance
Mike and Sons offers weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly maintenance plans. With residential homes there is never a contract required. In place of a contract is an agreement that explains the services included in the monthly price and list of dates when the crew will arrive for service so the customer knows the exact day the crew will arrive each visit. Also in the agreement is a list of fees that are considered extra services and a payment policy.
